Coach Dylan is always one that I can talk to, get scaled versions of the movement and know that my safety is his priority and also working me to my fullest potential

“Wow! Where does one begin when talking about and describing Coach Dylan’s coaching techniques?!

Being an older CrossFit athlete, I have always been hesitant to doing everything that is programmed in the WOD. After reviewing the WOD and realizing there are movements that are beyond my ability Coach Dylan is always one that I can talk to, get scaled versions of the movement and know that my safety is his priority and also working me to my fullest potential. Coach Dylan is patient, considerate, passionate at what he does and always strives to do the best he can for his athletes. I have gone to Coach Dylan when I am concerned about a certain physical  feeling or just need his advice about a movement. Coach Dylan listens, thinks  for a while and then reacts. I value his patience and his knowledge of not only the exercise but what is best for me. When doing the WOD I admire his ability to get around to all the athletes and offer encouragement, positive criticism if necessary and the ability to inspire us to keep doing the best we can!
