Membership Changes

If you would like to cancel, suspend or change your membership, click the corresponding button below to fill out the form. A member of our team will contact you after you submit your form to confirm your request within 24 hours.

1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.

2. Your cancellation form must be submitted 14 days before your next billing due date to avoid being charged for the next month

3. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the cancellation 14 days prior to your billing due date. This will serve as your written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. An email to us does NOT count as written cancellation.

4. Suspension/Freezes are meant for those who need to postpone an upcoming auto-pay. If your membership charge has already been processed and you submit a suspension/freeze form that charge is not refundable. When your membership reinstates on the date that you chose, the membership is charged that date.

5. Membership Changes (upgrades or downgrades) can be made at any time. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice from your billing cycle due date to upgrade/downgrade or suspend a membership.

6. Any unused days/credits do not carry over once you suspend.

Memberships are never automatically suspended or cancelled due to any circumstance. It is the responsibility of the member to fill out the appropriate form to handle their membership.
