“I’ve utilized a number of focused tracks from Coach Dylan – Gymnastics, Strength, and most recently Back to Class Programming. All have been awesome, manageable from a limited time perspective and very effective. The Back to Class Programming has been a true game changer for me. I’m 39, 10 years into the sport of CrossFit and am feeling it – and with no incident, one day my knees swelled up and I couldn’t row, squat, run, jump, kneel… Really took a toll on me mentally. Conveniently, Dylan was working on a new offering called Back to Class Programming at the same time. So I took him up on it. He customized a warm up, the class workout, and a cash out/cool down for me EVERY DAY to accommodate the current state of my injury. He communicated with me very regularly on how I was feeling so he could program appropriately. Today, I am 95% back to all the things that once hurt (with the exception of high-volume running due to wear and tear) and he still checks in to see how I’m feeling. I have had a lot of CF coaches – some great, some not so great – but Dylan sits at the top for sure. He’s got a serious thirst for knowledge, is dedicated to ongoing learning and improvement and 100% WANTS to help everyone become the best athlete they can be – from the competitors all the way to the members just looking to have energy to play with their grandkids.
