Tier One Personal Training
• Is for anyone looking to get into the gym to kickstart good habits!
• This option is for anyone completely new to a gym setting or experience gym go-ers.
• This is a great option if you are looking for a technique tune-up or to get an individual sweat session in.
Tier Two Personal Training
• In Tier Two Personal Training, you will work with our most experienced coaches with the educational background that matters.
• This is for those who are looking for more in-depth analysis of how and why they move the way they move.
• Your Tier Two package purchased starts with a full body movement screen, an assessment of your individual movement patterns and/or limitation, and an InBody body composition scan.
• The programming for your sessions will be based off of your goals and movement assessment results to provide THE MOST individualized approach.

Davids fitness career began in 2013, 2 years after graduating college where he played basketball and baseball. He became a personal trainer first, and by the end of 2014 had received his CF L1 and 200 Hr CYT through School Yoga Institute. In 2015 he furthered his yoga education and completed his 500 Hr YT with the same school. in 2019 he got his CF L2, and also became a certified mindset coach through Mindset Rx.

I’ve been involved in sports since I was 4 years old. Being a three-sport athlete in high school, and moving on to play DIII Basketball in college, and ending with the present day of my 10+ years of CrossFit experience as an athlete. My discipline and work ethic have been ingrained in me from a young age and has carried me through various stages of athletics and life.
I’ve assisted in coaching athletes in a variety of sports, but my passion for coaching fitness began in 2018 with CrossFit. Since then, I’ve accumulated hundreds of floor hours with group training, individual training and nutrition coaching.

My 1o1 client-coaching focus is working with individuals who want to acquire a particular skill or skills. Whether that is getting their first pull-up, their first muscle up or somewhere in between!

Early on in High School, I realized that I wanted to help people live healthier lives. However, I knew I didn’t want to go the medical route and instead knew I wanted to help people get to a point where they didn’t need these people and could rely on diet and exercise to achieve this.
I have worked with thousands of people ranging from young athletes to the elderly. Throughout all of these clients, I have also realized that it is not about working with a specific population but instead about working with like-minded individuals who want to live better, healthier lives.

Growing up I was always overweight about 260lbs to be exact. At the end of my graduating year in high school I worked extremely hard to drop the weight. With in a year in a half, I was able to lose 90 lbs. I had built up more self confidence and self esteem. My overall goal is to help them develop the same self confidence and self esteem while uncovering the best version of themselves.

I believe that fitness and nutrition are critical components of aging well. Getting older doesn't have to be an endless series of aches and pains that relegate us to the sidelines in life. My goal is to help my clients thrive.

Overweight and unhappy, Rachel joined CrossFit Mt. Lebanon in 2017 and experienced firsthand the radical changes that fitness and nutrition can bring to your life. As a self-proclaimed nerd, she couldn’t stop researching and learning about the science behind it all. In 2022, she started coaching in order to share this knowledge and help others find their path to a healthier, happier life.

My whole life has been a workout. At the young age of three, my father put me in Jiu Jitsu, where I fought till the age of 13, and I performed at the highest level for my age, rising to win three national championships.
Without a break, I transferred from MMA to Crossfit, where I fell in love with Functional Fitness and Bodybuilding for performance and aesthetics. I competed in Crossfit at a high standard in the teens category for 5 years and practiced for 8! The journey of improvement has given my life purpose, and now I aspire to inspire others with my experiences. I am a senior in college majoring in physical education. I have had more than enough experience at a young age to get you closer to your goals!

Misha discovered CrossFit in 9th grade as part of a PE unit in school. He instantly got hooked and joined a local box shortly after in early 2015. Two years later he received his L1 to begin coaching and another two years later his L2 and CFWL L1.
Past CrossFit coaches inspired Misha to take the knowledge he’s learned and pass it onto others.
