Get ready to sweat and have fun in BodyLab! Half the class starts on treadmills with varying speeds and inclines, while the other half works on the floor. With intervals of 5, 10, or 15 minutes, you'll switch between cardio and strength training using body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, bikes and more.

Ready to have a blast in our Bootcamp class? This 60-minute session kicks off with a dynamic warm-up, followed by strength and metabolic conditioning exercises. What makes us stand out is our supportive community and coaches who keep you motivated and ensure you have fun while pushing your limits.

Mecka yoga is a practice designed to align your mind, body (skin, muscles, and bones) and soul. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body-especially the main channel, the spine-so that energy can flow freely. All levels are welcome!

Whether you're a beginner or an advanced runner, Mecka Run Club welcomes all levels! The class will offer a variety of distances and paces! MRC will vary the programming each month to help you track your progression. MRC is open to CrossFit and Mecka Members!

CrossFit

CrossFit classes at Mecka workouts are composed of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. You won't find any machines - instead, you will find kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, sleds, and tons of open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing. This is a separate membership from Mecka.
