UNLIMITED MECKA PROMO Membership:

• Promo is available for new clients.

• First month membership is discounted $60 ($99 first month).

• 2nd ongoing auto-pay is billed monthly at $159.

• After the first billing cycle, the price increases to the regular Unlimited Mecka Membership price of $159.

• Unlimited Mecka membership includes 10% off all retail, automatically applied to your purchase.

• This membership allows you to attend the gym “unlimited” days per week. This membership does NOT allow you to take classes back to back.

• Membership Cancellation Memberships can be cancelled at any time. All cancellation requests must be submitted via the Cancellation Request Form here www.meckafitness.com/membership-changes This MUST received fourteen (14) days prior to your billing processing date. Memberships require a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the next billing due date to assure cancellation of your automatic payment. Cancellation requests submitted within 14 days of your billing cycle will result in a final payment drawn from your account on my established billing date. It is the members responsibility to provide the written notice 14 days in advance of their next billing date. No refund issued once a payment has been charged to my account. Your membership is terminated one (1) month after your final charged payment.

• Class cancellations must be made 12 hours before the start of class or a $10 cancellation fee will be assessed.
