Choose from 2 different options.
✨ Our Elite Nutrition Coaching program is perfect for new or experienced clients seeking one-on-one coaching and guidance. You'll start with one 60-minute initial consultation, up to 3 in-person sessions per month, weekly virtual check-ins. To see real progress and change, we require a minimum of a 3-month commitment with this plan!
✨ Our Standard Nutrition program is ideal for experienced clients looking for a tune-up. For a one-time payment, you'll receive one 60-minute initial consultation and one 30-minute follow-up to help you fine-tune your nutrition plan and reach your health goals.
As a MECKA member you are eligible for a discounted membership to Stacks Fitness for just $49/month in addition to your Mecka Membership. Stacks is a great addition to supplement your fitness!
