“Consistency is key. If you make yourself show up day after day, and give your best effort for that day, you will be amazed at the changes that will take place. Physically and mentally. I love witnessing the transformations that occur, and even more so witnessing the individual realize what they are capable of when excuses no longer get in the way.”

GUILTY PLEASURE

Being a total sloth for an entire day: comfy clothes, a blanket, my couch and binge watching Dexter or scary movie marathons.
