This 50 minute class provides an ever changing challenge that starts with a welcoming yoga inspired warm up, then on to a 20 minute HIGH INTENSITY sweat session, a power yoga cool down, then concludes with a whole load of high fives and fist bumps.

Every M-FLEX/20 class starts with an explanation of the workout and class structure followed by movement demonstrations and scaling options.
