This program is for anybody interested in getting stronger. Experience with weightlifting or powerlifting is not necessary!

M/STRONG by Mecka Fitness

M/Strong is a class designed to build strength through traditional barbell work. Members will learn how to move correctly and safely with a barbell and weights. We will practice the major lifts: squat, deadlift, bench and shoulder press.

Each member will track their individual performance and progress at their own pace. The coach will facilitate the lifting session and provide cues, tips and guidance as needed. Accessory work may also be included. The class size is limited to 10 people. The class will take place in the strength room and will be one hour long.

You can jump into class at any time as the coach will be able to get you up to speed and you’ll work at building your strength with our developed program for beginners.

Tuesday – 11:15 & 6 pm

Wednesday – 10 am & 6 pm

Thursday- no class

Friday – 10 am & 4:15 pm
