Lebo Boot Camp
ANYONE CAN DO THIS
Lebo Boot Camp uses the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to quickly build strength and endurance while promoting fat loss. Additionally we use mobility and stretching to ensure proper body movement. This class focuses on bodyweight exercises, high repetition weightlifting movements, and metabolic conditioning without the complex barbell lifts used in regular CrossFit classes. There are no prerequisite fitness levels or abilities.
How is a class run?
The condensed, nonstop movements of our Boot Camp classes vary daily and the constant shock and change to your routine will burn your system-in a good way.
In a regular gym it’s easy to skip reps or take long breaks between sets. The way our Boot Camp classes are tailored, there’s no option other than your maximum effort.

Is this really FUN?
Lebo Boot Camp is typically 60 minutes and starts with a dynamic warm up with various mobility exercises designed to get your body ready to work safely and effectively. The main body of the Lebo Boot Camp workout session is comprised of combinations of strength and metabollic conditioning exercises. But best of all you’ll find that working out is fun when you have the right support community and coaches encouraging you along the way.
