Training Philosphophy- April believes that we all have strengths, and capabilities beyond what we believe of ourselves. Allowing ourselves grace and mercy combined with unlimited beliefs can take us far. Once we let go of our limiting beliefs, we can give ourselves permission to become stronger and more powerful than imaged.
Guilty Pleasure- Eating potato chips and ice cream (organic of course?)! (don’t tell anyone)
If I weren’t a trainer, I’d be… A dancer or a DJ in Vegas (I always tell my cycle students that)
What I love about MECKA….The community of Mecka is wonderful and I love the support everyone has for each other.
My GO-TO snack is… Trader Joe’s or Terra Mediterranean Vegetable Chips

April believes that being able to be fit and healthy can be done in a very a natural and organic way. She grew up as a dancer and that evolved into teaching dance and yoga while in college and as a young adult. Although, April had a career as an educator, fitness has always been her passion. April has been certified in group fitness since 2003 and still love very minute of it..
